Raymond George

Ray George is a Partner who helps clients develop and deliver on fact-based brand strategy decisions. He brings years of experience helping companies across industries develop, manage and implement brand strategies, including portfolio, positioning, customer experience and brand-driven growth projects. Since joining HawkPartners Ray has led marketing and brand strategy projects in the pharmaceuticals, financial services, professional services and web technology industries.

Ray joined HawkPartners from Prophet, a brand strategy consultancy where he worked for five years. Prior to joining Prophet, Ray was a Vice President at JP Morgan, managing a firm-wide client analytics team that assisted setting client acquisition and retention strategies and drove efforts to create a more client-focused organization. Before JP Morgan, Ray was a manager in Ernst & Young’s Performance Management practice, and started his career with Andersen Consulting.

Ray has taught a variety of courses and workshops, including the American Management Association's two-day course "Successful Corporate Branding," has spoken at numerous marketing and industry events, and has guest lectured at the New York University and Columbia graduate and undergraduate programs. He has also written a number of articles on brand related topics for such magazines as Pharma Times, American Banker, Strategy Magazine, Risk and Insurance, and Advertising Express.

Ray received a BA from Williams College and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Management at the University of Virginia.
