Kathy Butler

Kathy Butler joins HawkPartners as a Partner in the Cambridge office. For the past fourteen years, Kathy has had a successful career in consulting and market research with an emphasis on highly personalized client service. Kathy’s work focuses on helping clients gather market insights from their customers’ perspective to identify and prioritize areas of unmet need for new product development, determine how to maximize the potential of both new and mature products, and develop/deploy effective marketing communications. During her career, Kathy has worked in a wide variety of industry sectors, including healthcare, financial services, media, telecommunications and consumer packaged goods.

Prior to joining HawkPartners, Kathy led Blue Hill Consulting, an independent consulting and market research firm based in the Boston area. Kathy also worked previously at T.A.B. Associates, a boutique management consulting firm located in Boston; and at two leading market research and strategy firms, Marketing and Planning Systems (MaPS) in Boston and National Analysts in Philadelphia. Kathy has a B.A. from Yale University.
