For the past eleven years, Vik has served on a range of consulting teams for Fortune 1000 clients in industries including pharmaceuticals, financial services, professional services, and consumer packaged goods. He has worked closely with senior executives to help them achieve actionable insights across these industries.  Vik’s work has focused on customer experience strategy, customer loyalty, branding, and customer satisfaction. While with HawkPartners Vik has helped managed a range of projects, many of them within the pharmaceutical industry.  He has guided clients in the areas of advertising concept development, brand and product positioning, segmentation, and improvement of service offerings.  

Prior to joining HawkPartners Vik was a Senior Consultant in IBM’s Customer Focused Strategy Practice for Financial Services.  And, before joining IBM he spent four years at Marketing and Planning Systems (MaPS), a marketing consulting firm in Boston, during which time he managed a number of international projects including work in Europe, China, Japan, and Australia.

Vik received a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon.
