Steve Wolf

Steve Wolf is a Partner who helps clients understand their market environment and customer needs, and translates these findings into improved marketing strategy.  His particular areas of expertise include market opportunity analysis, customer attitudes and buying behavior research, brand positioning development, concept testing, marketing and sales funnel performance, customer centricity improvement, and channel optimization.  He has twelve years of experience conducting qualitative research, quantitative research, and marketing strategy engagements for clients across a wide variety of industries, including financial and insurance services, health care, technology, hospitality and consumer packaged goods.

Prior to joining HawkPartners, Steve served as a Principal and an Associate at MarketBridge (a leading sales and marketing consultancy), where he led engagements ranging from customer and partner research, to competitive analysis, coverage model assessment, customer segmentation, and campaign planning and execution.  Previously, he analyzed e-business trends in Toyota Motor Sales’ strategic planning group, led brand naming development at the identity consultancy Interbrand, and worked in consumer sales and marketing at Wenner Media (publisher of “Rolling Stone” and “Us Weekly” magazines). 

Steve received a B.A. in Economics and Communication from the University of Michigan, and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina (Kenan-Flagler Business School) as a Jenrette Fellow.
