Kathleen Witter is a partner who helps clients in the areas of market research, marketing planning and customer strategies. Her work with Fortune 500 clients spans the financial services, banking, retail, and entertainment industries – among others. Kathleen’s 10 years of experience has largely been in the realm of quantitative research, where she applies her analytic expertise to tackle strategic business issues such as customer growth and retention, product optimization and pricing, brand health assessment and market positioning. Kathleen is well-versed at turning data results into actionable insights that inform top-level investment decisions. Kathleen also has experience completing marketing strategy projects that involve synthesizing numerous primary and secondary research sources.
Prior to joining HawkPartners, Kathleen was a Senior Associate at MaPS, a Millward Brown/WPP company, where she led on large-scale customer satisfaction tracking studies, market segmentations, pricing analyses, and brand/loyalty research across a variety of industries, both in domestic and international markets. She also spent three years at The Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College, where she worked on strategy consulting assignments with global industry leaders to align bottom-line business goals with corporate responsibility issues. This work primarily used qualitative research methods.
Kathleen received a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
