Jordan Melcon helps clients assess and develop effective marketing, brand, and communication strategies. He serves Fortune 500 clients through market research and consulting projects spanning pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial services, professional services, hospitality, and consumer products industries. Jordan’s experience includes qualitative and quantitative research with physicians, patients, investors, executives, and consumers. His work, both domestic and international, focuses on product development, brand positioning, optimizing marketing communications, and customer segmentation.
Prior to joining HawkPartners, Jordan worked for Marketing and Planning Systems (MaPS), a Millward Brown/WPP company, where his experience included large-scale, international quantitative projects in the areas of customer satisfaction tracking and pricing optimization.
Jordan received a B.A. in Government from Cornell University.
