Dennis McLister helps HawkPartners manage its finance, accounting, operations and other administrative functions. His expertise includes financial reporting, internal controls and compliance, employee management and development, and performance metric analysis. Dennis has more than 15 years of experience in management and executive roles in the professional services, manufacturing and distribution industries.

Prior to joining HawkPartners, Dennis served as an auditor and more recently as a mergers and acquisitions consultant with RSM McGladrey. Serving as a principal, employee and consultant, he has assisted a variety of companies in navigating various stages of start-up and growth. Dennis is also a director and principal of an alternative energy manufacturing company.

Dennis received a B.A. from Brown University and an M.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
