Brooke Hempell

Brooke Hempell is a Partner who applies expertise in quantitative research and analytic methods such as segmentation and choice modeling to help companies gather actionable information to guide marketing strategy and tactics. Additionally, her fluency in global market research facilitates data collection quality in international studies. While she has worked with clients in a number of industries, including financial and professional services, her primary focus is pharmaceuticals. She has conducted both qualitative and quantitative research to guide clients in new product development and positioning, brand and portfolio strategy, communication planning and brand management.

Prior to joining HawkPartners, Brooke was an account director at London-based i to i research, a subsidiary of Publicis Groupe that specialized in evaluating public relations and advertising effectiveness. She headed the company’s key pharmaceutical account, overseeing a steady stream of consumer research and developing an analysis and insight program to identify best practices and set benchmarks for future campaigns. Brooke began her career in market research at Marketing and Planning Systems, where she managed large-scale consumer tracking studies for financial services and retail clients and worked with pharmaceutical clients on new product development and pricing studies using both qualitative and quantitative research and analytic methods. Before that, Brooke spent several years in public relations, helping clients in real estate and other professional services industries improve their media profile.

Brooke earned her B.S. in Hotel Administration, Marketing, from Cornell University. Her hospitality experience includes working in hotels, restaurants and catering.
