Alexandra Compare helps clients in the areas of market research, marketing planning and strategy consulting.  She manages both qualitative and quantitative research as well as consulting projects across a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, consumer packaged goods and education. She has worked with clients on a wide array of domestic and international engagements such as advertising/concept testing, new product development and brand strategy/positioning.

Prior to joining HawkPartners, Alexandra was a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.  Her focus was largely on longer-term strategic development for financial services companies.  Her work included designing and executing complex wealth management research studies, market sizing and opportunity assessment in defined contribution plans, and assisting in new product strategy development. Prior to BCG, Alexandra worked for Northern Trust Bank. She worked on the investment side of a cross-functional team that provided the full range of trust management services to high net worth domestic and international clients.  She was responsible for the design, execution and communication of equity and fixed income strategies. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Alexandra holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
